Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create and manage engaging content across Instagram, and other relevant platforms
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
- Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Set up campaigns including audience targeting, retargeting and lookalike audiences
- Monitor ad performance and improve ROI
- Analyze insights, prepare reports and suggest growth strategies
- Stay updated with trends, reels formats and platform algorithm changes
- Coordinate with designers and video editors for content execution

Required Skills:
- Robust understanding of social media marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Knowledge of audience targeting, budgeting and campaign optimization
- Basic understanding of analytics and performance metrics
- Creative mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Bonus Points
- Experience handling agency clients
- Knowledge of Google Ads
- Reel strategy and viral content planning
- Basic graphic design or editing knowledge
