Job Summary

The Maintenance & Project Executive at Hindustan Unilever Limited will be responsible for ensuring the productive operation and maintenance of plant machinery and infrastructure, while also actively managing and executing various engineering projects to enhance productivity, safety, and sustainability within our manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance, for all plant machinery, and infrastructure to ensure optimal operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance schedules and procedures, also he will be responsible for optimizing resource allocation and improving equipment reliability.
- Lead and execute engineering projects from conception to completion, including scope definition, budget management, timeline adherence, contractor supervision, and final commissioning. This includes projects related to capacity expansion,



new equipment installation, process improvements, and energy efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to all company safety policies, environmental regulations, and quality standards throughout all maintenance and project activities. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
- Manage spare parts inventory effectively, ensuring critical parts are available while optimizing stock levels to control costs.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to identify maintenance priorities, resolve technical issues, and support overall plant objectives.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and maintenance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Prepare detailed reports on maintenance performance, project progress, budget utilization, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
