Manage overall store operations for catering and event materials including food items, beverages, equipment, décor items, and consumables.
- Receive, inspect, and verify quantity and quality of materials as per purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records of stock inward and outward entries for kitchen and event requirements.
- Issue materials as per approved indents for kitchen production and event execution.
- Ensure proper storage of perishable and non-perishable items following FIFO method.
- Maintain separate tracking of event-specific inventory (buffet setups, cutlery, crockery, décor materials, etc.).
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation of event return materials.
- Prevent loss, damage, pilferage, and breakage of event equipment and service items.
- Ensure proper labeling, stacking,



and safe handling of materials in store and event transport.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, F&B;, Event Operations, and Logistics teams for smooth material movement.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in store and storage areas.
- Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper disposal of expired or damaged goods.
- Prepare daily stock reports, event material issue reports, and monthly inventory statements for Management.
