Role Description

Key Responsibilities
- Space Planning & Layouts: Develop elegant, functional space plans tailored to client lifestyles using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ArchiCAD.
- Detailed Drawings & Design Execution: Produce and refine construction drawings, custom furniture details, and joinery layouts using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Bluebeam.
- FF&E; Selection: Curate and specify Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment aligned with residential themes, styles, and budgets.
- Client-Centric Design Solutions: Interpret client briefs to create bespoke residential environments that balance aesthetics with everyday comfort.
- On-Site Coordination: Liaise with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure accurate on-site execution and material detailing.
- Design Presentations & Styling Concepts: Prepare mood boards, look-books, and presentation decks using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
- Software Proficiency: Use SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, and rendering tools to create visuals and drawings that reflect the project vision.




- Project & Time Management: Organize project schedules, resource allocation, and deliverables across multiple design phases.
- Creative Problem Solving: Approach spatial and aesthetic challenges with thoughtful, practical solutions that enhance the user experience.
- Budgeting & Procurement Insight: Prepare estimates, material BOQs, and support procurement in line with project budgets.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience, with a strong portfolio in commercial / corporate interiors.
- Soft Skills: Robust interpersonal, communication, and client-interfacing skills; a collaborative mindset and detail-driven approach.
