1. Teaching Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons according to the prescribed curriculum.
- Use creative teaching methods including activities, storytelling, technology, and projects.
- Ensure that learning objectives are achieved by all students.

2. Classroom Management
- Maintain a positive, secure, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Manage student behavior effectively using constructive discipline.
- Encourage participation, curiosity, and confidence among students.
- Maintain classroom discipline and decorum.

3. Lesson Planning & Preparation
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, and assessments.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet different learning abilities.
- Integrate co-curricular activities into classroom learning.

4. Student Assessment
- Conduct class tests, assignments, and periodic assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records.
- Identify learning gaps and provide additional support when required.
- Prepare report cards and progress reports.

5. Student Development
- Support the emotional, social,



and intellectual development of students.
- Encourage creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Identify special learning needs and guide students accordingly.

6. Parent Communication
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
- Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to parents.

7. School Responsibilities
- Participate in school events, assemblies, and activities.
- Assist in organizing educational programs, competitions, and celebrations.
- Follow school policies and academic guidelines.

8. Administrative Duties
- Maintain attendance records and student files.
- Submit lesson plans and reports to the academic coordinator.
- Support school initiatives and institutional goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
