Position Overview

The Academic Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring academic programs to ensure high teaching standards and smooth academic operations across classes. The role requires strong leadership, coordination skills, and deep understanding of curriculum delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor academic planning and curriculum implementation:
- Support teachers in lesson planning, pedagogy, and classroom management:
- Ensure alignment with CBSE guidelines and school academic policies:
- Conduct classroom observations, provide feedback, and mentor teachers
- Plan and oversee assessments, examinations, and result analysis:
- Maintain academic records, planners, and documentation
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus and academic targets
- Coordinate with the Principal for academic improvements and initiatives
- Organize teacher training programs, workshops, and meetings:
- Support school inspections, audits, and academic reviews




- Communicate effectively with parents regarding academic matters when required

Qualifications & Experience
- B.Ed (mandatory)
- Minimum 5-8 years of teaching experience, with 2-3 years in an academic leadership role:
- Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and assessment frameworks
