Key Requirements & Responsibilities
- Handle import and export trade operations.
- Coordinate international shipments and documentation.
- Prepare all required documents for exports like commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of landing, COO, etc.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and policies.
- Manage and maintain ERP entries related to export/import transactions.
- Coordinate domestic logistics and transportation.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA, transporters, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
