Role Objective

The Sales Intern will:
- Identify high-potential startups and businesses
- Generate qualified leads
- Book discovery calls
- Assist in converting prospects into paying clients

This role directly impacts revenue.

- Research businesses in India, UAE, USA, Singapore
- Focus on:

- Hospitality startups




- Premium fashion brands
- Early-stage businesses (0-4 years)
- Identify:
- Founder/Decision-maker
- Instagram presence
- Weakness in marketing / branding

Outbound Prospecting
- Send personalized DMs (Instagram + LinkedIn)
- Follow structured outreach scripts
- Maintain CRM sheet (Google Sheets / Notion)

Lead Nurturing
- Follow up systematically
- Handle first-level objections
- Pre-qualify before founder call
- Book calls via Calendly

Conversion Support
- Join discovery calls (optional, high performers)
- Prepare prospect research briefs
- Track pipeline metrics

KPIs (Measured Weekly)
- Leads identified
- Outreach messages sent
- Replies received
- Calls booked
- Conversions closed
- Revenue influenced

This is a performance-driven internship.
