- Fryer to assist operations during Ramadhaan. This is an excellent prospect for someone who is available immediately for a seasonal 2 month role who wants to learn and grow in a professional kitchen environment. As a Commis
- Fryer, you will support the BOH team in preparing high-quality fried savouries for Ramadhaan operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and production of fried savouries, and delicacies for Ramadhaan.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards as directed by the Head Pastry Chef or Sous Chef.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station and storage areas.
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients as instructed.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all food items.
- Assist with plating and garnishing of desserts during service.
- Maintain food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in accordance with HACCP regulations.
- Receive and store deliveries appropriately.




- Learn and practice new techniques and recipes as directed.
- Support the pastry team with prep work and daily mise en place.Report any equipment issues or stock shortages to the supervisor.

Requirements:
- A genuine passion for culinary arts.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations.
- Culinary diploma or relevant certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
