Roles and Responsibilities :
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remove impediments that hinder project progress.
- Develop and maintain a product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized based on business value and customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with Agile principles, practices, and frameworks (e.g., Secure).
Job Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in software development or related field.
- Strong understanding of Kanban boards and ability to create visual representations of work items.
- Experience with Safe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology or similar frameworks.
