Role Overview :



We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a proven track record of leading SAFe Agile teams in the Banking/Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Agile adoption, facilitating Agile ceremonies, tracking delivery metrics,

managing dependencies, and enabling high-performing teams. Strong expertise in creating,

maintaining, and analyzing JIRA dashboards, reports, and Agile metrics is essential.

Key Responsibilities

· Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews,

Retrospectives, and PI Planning.

· Lead and coach Agile teams in alignment with Protected Agile principles and practices.

· Partner with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Architects, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

· Identify and remove impediments impacting team productivity and delivery.
