Detailed - Skill Set:

- 8+ years of total IT experience
- 4+ years of experience as Scrum Master
- Robust Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies ensuring the accurate planning and projection of work for project Iteration.
- Experience in scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, PI Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Review and Sprint retrospective
- Experience in using sprint planning and management tools such as Jira, Confluence
- Experience in creating epics, user stories and features, planning and estimation in JIRA during each sprint for Agile pipeline work requests
- Experience in attending meetings with all stakeholders and provide overall project status. Tracking of Project schedule with respect to deliverables. Ensuring that all the delivery blockers/risks are communicated to customer in standup calls or via emails.




- Experience in reporting and providing status updates to Management such as daily/ weekly status reports
