JOB RESPONSIBILITY

No. of years Experience Required: 8+ Years.

Need to have: Managing JIRA – Jira Query Language, Stakeholder management with good team management skills. Should have worked on Scaled Agile framework. Able to start agile teams and capable of managing multiple teams simultaneously.

Works with Product Owner to ensure proper balance between features and high-quality productivity. Provides overall guidance for team to adhere to Agile principles and practices. Arranges, facilitates, and schedules meetings, demos, and decision-making processes to ensure that the proper collaborative process is in use.

Good to have experience in Program integrity and commercialization areas. Flexible to work in shifts and take up business calls. Suggest and organize team building activities and Increasing the Team Productivity

- Facilitates cross-functional interactions between their project teams (i.e. Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall) ensuring that cross-team dependencies are managed appropriately.
- Works with Product Owners to help them maintain a quality product backlog, ensuring the team always has well-defined backlog items ready to work on.




- Works to increase team efficiency by encouraging out-of-the-box thinking and consistent improvement while staying focused on quality and timeliness.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s or master’s degree

EXPERIENCE

- Overall experience around 8-11 yrs. with experience.
- Experience playing the Scrum Master role for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
- First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, SAFe 5.0)
- Possess strong analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience and knowledge to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and internal and/or external customers.
- Good in People management and Delivery management
- Possess strong analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience in medium to large scale enterprise applications
