Oracle Fusion SCM - Maintenance Functional Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Maintenance Functional Consultant to implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance solutions. The role will work closely with maintenance, operations, supply chain, and IT stakeholders to optimize asset maintenance processes, improve equipment reliability, and enable effective preventive and corrective maintenance planning.

Key Responsibilities

Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Maintenance functional solutions.

Configure Oracle Fusion Maintenance modules, including assets, maintenance programs, work definitions, work orders, maintenance work requirements, and scheduling.

Set up preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance processes.

Configure asset hierarchies, asset attributes, failure sets, cause codes, action codes, and maintenance activities.

Support maintenance work-order lifecycle processes, including creation, planning, execution, material issuance, completion, and closure.

Integrate Maintenance with Oracle Fusion Inventory Management, Procurement, Cost Management, Manufacturing, and Product Data Hub.

Coordinate with technical teams for data migration, integrations, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and reporting requirements.

Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, test scenarios, user guides,



and training materials.

Lead SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.

Provide post-production support, analyze functional issues, and recommend process improvements.

Assess and support Oracle quarterly update impacts on Maintenance functionality.

Robust knowledge of Oracle Fusion Maintenance capabilities, including:

Asset and asset hierarchy management

Maintenance programs and work requirements

Preventive and corrective maintenance

Work definitions and maintenance work orders

Failure analysis and maintenance execution

Material, resource, and cost considerations for maintenance

Good understanding of maintenance business processes in manufacturing, utilities, asset-intensive, or service organizations.

Experience integrating Oracle Maintenance with Inventory, Procurement, Costing, Manufacturing, and related SCM modules.

Experience with FBDI, ADFdi, REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, OTBI, and BI Publisher is preferred.

Strong documentation, stakeholder-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
