Role & responsibilities

1. To Lead the SCM functional operations by example in Southern States, To Deliver the KPIs of the circle
2. Responsible for setting up strategic partner eco system for passive infra sourcing, OFC deployment (NLD, FTTH, LM, Govt projects), Equipment supply, managed services, Network Build contracts. To execute Strategic Contracts To Minimise No Of Partners
3. To ensure 100% compliance of Supply Chain Process Document Covering Basic Purchase Process, Partner Selection, Partner Evaluation, Inventory, Warehousing, Etc.,
4. Cutting-edge Cost Modelling To Drive Cost Efficiency - Cost Driver Benchmarking Approach / Managed Capacity Etc.
5. Improve Partner Engagement- Monthly Governance & Review with Top Partners to Address Mutual Concerns
6. Improve Team Engagement Thru Various Engagement Measures / Improve Retention / Team Coaching, Conduct Functional Learning Programs for Grooming of The Team Members
7. Timely Closure Of All Strategic Contracts- Active Supply & Build, Passive Supply, Passive Build, Noc, Etc To Support Project Execution

8. Site visits, regional visits for the continuous improvement
9. Internal stakeholder management & Team development
