Leading Material Handling Engineering & Manufacturing Company – Hyderabad

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced SCM Executive to join our team in Hyderabad.

Position: SCM Executive

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Experience: 3–5 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical) / Diploma (Mechanical)

Job Responsibilities

- Handle procurement and purchase activities for engineering/manufacturing requirements.
- Identify and coordinate with suppliers/vendors for timely procurement of materials.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices and negotiate with vendors for the best commercial terms.
- Follow up with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials as per production/project requirements.
- Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules and material status.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Stores, Projects and Engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and new suppliers.
- Handle expediting, vendor follow-up and material delivery tracking.
- Maintain proper procurement records and documentation.





Candidate Profile ✅ Should have 3–5 years of procurement/purchase experience in an Engineering / Manufacturing company.

✅ Good understanding of engineering materials and procurement processes.

✅ Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

✅ Good expediting and follow-up skills.

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

✅ Should be proactive, organized and capable of working with multiple departments.

✅ Candidates from Material Handling / Engineering / Manufacturing companies will be preferred.
