Role Summary

Support procurement activities for industrial waste management projects, including CAPEX equipment, operational materials, vendor management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and procure consumables, chemicals, spares, fuel, PPE, and services.

- Support CAPEX procurement (RFQs, vendor evaluation, techno-commercial comparisons).

- Assist in end-to-end procurement cycle: PO placement, tracking, delivery, FAT, and commissioning.

- Review basic technical documents (PFD, P&ID;, drawings) with internal teams.

- Identify and manage vendors; support negotiations and contracts.

- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and audit requirements.

- Convert PRs to POs,



track orders, and manage inventory levels.

- Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and Finance teams.

Qualification and Experience

- Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Chemical / Environmental / Industrial Engineering.

- 2–5 years of procurement experience in industrial / waste management / heavy engineering.

Skills

- Vendor management & negotiation.

- Basic technical understanding of industrial equipment.

- ERP knowledge and procurement processes.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
