Science Teacher – Classes VIII, IX & X

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable Science Teacher to teach Classes VIII, IX, and X. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain scientific concepts through practical examples, experiments, and engaging teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach Science for Classes VIII, IX, and X as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare and deliver well-structured and engaging lesson plans.
- Explain concepts in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology clearly and effectively.
- Encourage students to develop scientific thinking, curiosity, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Conduct laboratory activities, experiments, demonstrations, and practical-based learning wherever applicable.
- Conduct regular tests, assignments, assessments, and revision sessions.
- Prepare Class X students effectively for board examinations.
- Monitor students' academic progress and provide individual attention and guidance.
- Maintain accurate academic records and assessment reports.
- Use teaching aids, digital resources, models, experiments,



and technology to enhance classroom learning.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and supportive classroom environment.
- Participate in academic meetings, school activities, and other responsibilities assigned by the school management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Science / Physics / Chemistry / Biology or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. qualification is preferred/required.
- Previous teaching experience in Classes VIII–X will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the CBSE Science curriculum and examination pattern.
- Excellent communication and classroom-management skills.
- Robust subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
- Ability to motivate students and prepare them effectively for academic examinations.

Preferred Candidate: A committed and student-focused teacher who can make Science interesting and meaningful through experiments, activities, real-life examples, and interactive teaching methods.
