Science Faculty Physics + Chemistry / Biology + Chemistry

Sparkl is hiring Science Faculty for Grades 6–10 to teach students following IB and Cambridge IGCSE curricula. Candidates should be proficient in Chemistry along with either Physics or Biology and be comfortable with personalised online teaching.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Physics + Chemistry OR Biology + Chemistry
- Conduct online one-to-one/small-group classes
- Adapt lessons to students’ learning gaps, academic level and curriculum requirements
- Support conceptual understanding, problem-solving and assessments
- Prepare for classes and review student progress

Work Details

- 1-month mandatory training from Gurugram office
- Training shift: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Post-training: Work from Home
- Shift: 2:00 PM–11:00 PM
- Working days: Monday–Saturday
- Weekly off: Sunday
- Up to 6 classes per day

Preferred: Prior experience teaching IB/IGCSE students, strong subject knowledge and valuable communication skills.
