I'm reaching out on behalf of our Academic Adviser, Prof. Anuradha Chaudhry (Assistant Professor, IIT Kharagpur), to spread the word about our upcoming future-ready programs for students of Grades 8–12 across New Delhi and Dubai.

Our previous editions brought together 80+ students from 70+ schools and 25+ cities across India, including Shiv Nadar, DPS RK Puram, Pathways and Amity International. Students have built 1,000+ creative works, websites, and gaming applications, pitching startups to judges from IIM Bangalore, content creators and technology founders. Past chief guests included founding member from Microsoft India and senior faculty from IIT Delhi.

Our upcoming programs include:

- AI & Internship Program, Current Delhi : two batches, 24–25 October and 4–5 December
- Winter Camp & Internship Program, IIT Madras : 26–31 December
- Winter Camp & Internship Program, SP Jain Global Campus Dubai : 16–21 December

Across the programs, students:

- Build real AI projects, e-commerce sites and portfolio websites for college applications




- Take part in a Startup Challenge and deliver their own TED-style talk
- Complete a virtual internship with Celonis (Forbes Rank 12)
- Compete in the National AI & Business Case Competition and the AI for Social Good Challenge (₹60,000 prize pool)
- Receive personalised career guidance and 1:1 mentoring
- Earn a completion certificate signed by Dr. Anuradha from IIT Kharagpur and Letter of Recommendation from industry experts

We place a strong emphasis on the holistic development of our students, and hence run dedicated workshops on mindfulness, financial literacy, AI awareness and emotional resilience — along with dedicated online sessions for parents, helping them stay aware of how parenting has evolved and equipping them with the tools to support their child's journey.

The Larger Objective

It is to help students build stronger profiles, gain clarity about their future pathways, develop relevant skills and gain meaningful exposure well before they enter university. We believe schools can play an important role in making these opportunities accessible to the right students and families.

Our Academic & Expert Network The program is guided by a strong academic and industry network including experts from IIT Kharagpur, IIT Delhi, IIM Bangalore, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, EY, Accenture, Deloitte, Bosch, American Express, SEBI, TISS, IndiGo, and leading global institutions including Stanford, Harvard and UC San Diego.

Possible School Collaborations





- Spread the word about our existing programs: We are primarily looking to work with schools to create awareness around our existing programs through student orientation/information sessions, parent orientation sessions, school email or communication channels, and introductions to relevant students and families—in a manner that fits naturally within the school's existing communication ecosystem.
- Explore a customised collaboration: Where our existing programs may not directly fit a school's requirements or student interests, we are open to exploring relevant collaborations around career exploration, AI and technology workshops, profile-building sessions, entrepreneurship and innovation initiatives, future-readiness programs and expert-led sessions

About me: I'm an IIT Kharagpur and Stanford alum, and have coached 5,000+ students and professionals on career readiness, previously working with Fortune 500 brands including Tata, Titan and Asian Paints. I am also a visiting faculty and speaker at Masters’ Union, Mesa School, Delhi University, and mentor at ATL(NITI Aayog), and some other startup accelerators. I started Roobaroo.ai to young people grow without burning out.
