SCCM+ Intune

Design and Implementation and troubleshooting of SCCM Infrastructure.

Excellent knowledge on SCCM package, application creation, deployment, troubleshooting.

Must be able to drive end-to-end monthly patching process for windows servers and workstations.

Should be able to troubleshoot post-patching issues and work on SLAs and patching compliance.

Knowledge on Site server and site system roles (MP, DP etc)configuration and troubleshooting.

Good experience on Create SCCM upgrade strategy and create upgrade plan, support to post-upgrade issues

Should be able to handle L3 technical issues should be experienced in SCCM Client troubleshooting and remediation.

SCCM hardware inventory extension and troubleshooting.

Should have knowledge on Intune package creation, device wipe requests, co-management issues, reports generation, etc.

Weekly status reports generation,



customized report creation and assist ad hoc scripts requests from customer.

Should have experience to work with ITSM tools and should know ITIL process.

Experience is report generation.

Positive Analytical, Technical, soft skills are mandatory.

Mandatory skills

Handle communication with customer and work with the offshore/onshore team hand-to hand.
