We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Schengen Visa Expert to join our dynamic team. As a Schengen Visa Expert, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the visa application process, ensuring that all requirements are met, and providing expert advice on travel documents and visa applications for the Schengen Area. You will work closely with individuals, families, and corporate clients to streamline the visa process and facilitate a smooth travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise and assist clients in preparing and submitting Schengen visa applications.
- Review client documents for accuracy and completeness to ensure they meet Schengen visa requirements.
- Stay updated on current Schengen visa rules, regulations, and embassy requirements.
- Assist in gathering the required supporting documents, including travel insurance, flight reservations, and accommodation details.
- Communicate with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers to follow up on pending visa applications.
- Provide clients with updates on their visa application status and offer advice on additional actions when necessary.
- Offer expert advice regarding the different Schengen visa types, including tourist, business, and family visits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the application process.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all client files are up to date.




- Handle inquiries related to the Schengen visa application process via email, phone, and in-person consultations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for clients.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience working with Schengen visa applications and international travel documentation.
- Strong understanding of Schengen visa rules, regulations, and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in handling visa applications for both individuals and corporate clients is a plus.
- Knowledge of visa processing systems, software, and online application platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of customer service and client-facing experience.
- Previous experience in the travel, immigration, or consular services sector is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
- Experience with travel agencies or consular services.
- Strong network and relationships with embassies and consulates.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
