- Role Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP WM Consultant at D1 grade to lead and deliver SAP Warehouse Management solutions across implementation, rollout, support, and transformation programs. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional SAP teams to optimize warehouse operations, inventory management, inbound/outbound logistics, and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in SAP WM with experience in end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, solution design, and team leadership. ## Key
- Responsibilities ### Functional Solution Design - Lead SAP WM solution design and implementation activities across business units. - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to warehouse and inventory management. - Configure SAP WM processes including:



- Warehouse Structure - Storage Types Storage Sections - Bin Management - Putaway Strategies - Picking Strategies - Transfer Orders - Inventory Management - Physical Inventory -
- Define and implement warehouse optimization strategies. ### Project Delivery - Lead end-to-end SAP WM implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and support projects. - Drive fit-gap workshops and business process design discussions. - Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for developments and enhancements. - Coordinate testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution. -
- Support cutover planning, deployment, and hypercare activities. ### Integration Management - Work closely with SAP functional teams including: - MM (Materials Management) - SD (Sales Distribution) - PP (Production Planning) - QM (Quality Management) -
- EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) - Ensure seamless integration across procurement, production, inventory, and logistics functions. ### Leadership Stakeholder Management - Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on warehouse management best practices. - Lead and mentor junior consultants and project team members. - Manage client interactions, status reporting, risk management, and issue resolution. - Support pre-sales activities, estimations, proposals, and solution demonstrations. ##




- Required Skills Qualifications ### Mandatory Skills - 10–15+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP WM. - Hands-on configuration experience in SAP Warehouse Management. -
- Experience in at least 3–5 end-to-end SAP implementation projects. - Strong understanding of: - Inventory Management - Warehouse Processes - Goods Receipt / Goods Issue - Stock Transfers - Physical Inventory - Batch Management - Experience with WM integration across MM, SD, PP, and QM modules. - Strong business process analysis and requirement gathering skills. -
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. ### Preferred Skills - Experience with SAP S/4HANA Warehouse Management solutions. - Exposure to SAP EWM. - Knowledge of RF Framework and barcode scanning solutions. -
- Experience in warehouse automation and logistics transformation initiatives. - Understanding of SAP Fiori applications. ##
