About The Job:

- We are looking for a skilled and experienced SAP Test Manager with an experience of 5 to 7 years, to lead the testing efforts of SAP implementation, upgrades, and customization projects.

- The ideal candidate will have in-knowledge of SAP Solution Manager 7.2, with hands-on expertise in Test Management, Process Management and Defect Management.

- You will be responsible for leading and managing the testing activities across multiple SAP projects, ensuring the successful delivery of quality solutions.

Essential Job Functions:

- Lead end-to-end test management processes within SAP environments, particularly leveraging SAP Solution Manager for managing test plans, test execution, and defect management.

- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules for release , integration , regression and upgrade tests.





- Coordinate and communicate with business stakeholders and other Test Managers to ensure testing meets business objectives and quality standards.

- Manage test environments and ensure proper setup, configuration, and data availability for testing.

- Oversee the creation and maintenance of test scripts.

- Monitor and track test progress, manage defects, and drive defect resolution in collaboration with the team test managers and functional teams.

- Provide regular status reports to project management and leadership on testing activities, risks, and issues.

- Continuously enhance test management processes and identify areas for improvement in SAP Solution Manager utilization.

- Support the automation of test scripts where applicable and encourage the adoption of efficient test methodologies.

- Implement and enforce best practices for testing processes, ensuring high quality and traceability.

Qualifications

- UG or PG with respective degree

- Positive experience of organizing testing and building test strategies.

- Hands-on experience in Solution Manager - Test process management tools and functionalities.

- Defect Life cycle

- Good Communication skills

- Experience in working with Multiple teams

- Proactive & Positive Attitude

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with shape teams.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- SAP functional on various module is a plus.





- Solution Manager technical knowledge is a plus.

- Test Automation (Tosca) is a plus.
