Essential Job Functions:

- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0) process flows, templates, and workflows for new hire, rehire, and internal hire/transfer scenarios.

- Design, build, and govern the Onboarding Data Model (ODM), triggers, business rules, and workflow-based processes.

- Configure process variants, onboarding activities, task assignments, notifications, and workflow routing based on business requirements.

- Manage integrations between Onboarding, Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Compensation.

- Configure and support e-signature and document generation solutions, including Adobe Sign and DocuSign integrations.

- Configure and maintain pre-boarding and onboarding task lists, activities, and employee workflows.

- Own offboarding process configuration, including separation scenarios, last-day activities, task management, and exit workflows.

- Support end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, process design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and go-live/hypercare support.

- Provide L2/L3 production support and troubleshoot complex process failures, workflow/task errors, business rule issues, and email notification problems.

- Perform root-cause analysis for recurring Onboarding issues and implement permanent corrective actions.

- Support quarterly SuccessFactors release impact analysis, regression testing, and validation of Onboarding processes.





- Collaborate with integration teams on SAP CPI-based middleware integrations supporting Onboarding processes.

- Support data migration and data loads for Onboarding-specific objects during implementations, enhancements, and production activities.

- Provide technical guidance, knowledge transfer, and mentoring to L1/L2 support teams.

- Own and maintain configuration workbooks, process documentation, SOPs, technical guides, and knowledge-base (KB) articles.

- Support minor enhancements, configuration changes, and change requests within the AMS scope.

- Monitor production processes and proactively identify workflow, integration, configuration, and data-related issues.

- Ensure Onboarding configurations comply with enterprise standards, security requirements, and established implementation best practices.

- Work closely with HR, IT, integration, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective Onboarding solutions.

Qualifications

- ​8 to 15 Yrs

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, with strong experience in AMS/production support environments.

- Expert knowledge of Onboarding Data Model (ODM), process variants, business rules, triggers, and workflows.

- Strong experience configuring document generation and e-signature integrations, including Adobe Sign and DocuSign.

- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex workflow, integration, business rule, and notification issues.

- Experience working in global AMS models with ownership of SLAs, KPIs, incident resolution, and service delivery.

- Strong understanding of release management, regression testing, change management, and production support processes.





- Familiarity with ticketing and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.

- Experience with SAP CPI/integration middleware and troubleshooting integrated Onboarding processes.

- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central integration and employee lifecycle processes.

- Ability to communicate effectively with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and cross-functional technical teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on critical production issues.
