A minimum of 4-5 years experience is required in SuccessFactors

SAP SF Certified in Learning Management System (LMS)

- Must have 1 or 2 end to end LMS Implementation hands-on experience
- Knowledge on connectors and setting to User Data setup from Source to LMS
- Knowledge on setting up/Designing Domain, Domain Group, Role
- Item types and other reference configuration knowledge
- Integration with Open Content Network (OCN), Virtual Learning Session (VLS)
- Hands on experience on Integration of Biz suite with LMS using Integration center
- Hands on experience on LMS reporting and build the new reports in PRD as per the requirement from Business.
- Should have strong experienced with standard and external Integrations with LMS application




- Experience with competency and skills-based learning and knowledge on TIH in respect to LMS would be outstanding
- Understanding on data migration from source to LMS
- Immediate joiner
