About The Job:

- Support clients in the selection, implementation, and support of specific SAP modules. This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the client’s business environment to achieve the client's expected business results.

Essential Job Functions:

- The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the client’s business functionality and overall performance while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

SAP Skills

- Should have experience of end-to-end Data ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) and data validation activities of systems and datasets/databases in scope

- Should have an understanding of manipulating data from manual spreadsheets, tables, and databases into the load-ready format for the HCMS Solution

- Should know about Data Cleansing in Source data sets/files

- Should be able to provide and maintain Data Architecture (list of data sources, target destinations, integration, and data flow between HCMS solution components

- Should be able to Identify and escalate data risks and issues to data and timelines to Business Intelligence Leads

- Should Identify reports that can be leveraged by business /functional leads either via the SAP Success Factor Solution natively or through custom report/data sources)

- Should be able to Provide ongoing advice as needed on data Transformation( eg rules related to transformation validation cleansing, and data de-identification).

Working Hours and Travel

- The majority of Groupsoft customers are based out of North America and Europe, hence working hours flexibility would be required.

- The position will also entail global travel on time to time-to-time basis, hence the candidate must be ready to travel onsite for a short duration.

Learning ability

- Considering SAP products/solutions are always evolving, new versions and technologies learnings are key for consulting success,

- The consultants need to be on top of the learning curve and keep on building new skills in the different modules of SAP.

- Groupsoft provides SAP Learning hub access as well as also provide ongoing training and certification opportunities for all team members.

- Should be able to articulate business requirements and propose SAP solutions.

- Should have experience in understanding SAP Implementation project methodology, phases, and work as per tight timelines as per project schedules/ resources.

- Should be able to analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the client's needs.

- Should be responsible primarily for the successful implementation of the SAP module, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients and other stakeholders.

- Should have experience in managing complex or Client assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures.

- Should demonstrate the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation and discussion.

- Consultants must have the ability to understand the specific area project risks and be able to engage the right stakeholders on a timely basis.





- Should be able to contribute to pre-sales, customer demos, Retail roadmaps, Customer POCs

- Should be able to lead in-house initiatives and focus groups to create knowledge assets and services

- Should be able to improve efficiency of delivery through knowledge assets & services creation

- Should be able to ramp up internal colleagues

Customer Expectation Management

- Should have experience in managing customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle with a proactive approach and positive attitude.

Eligibility

- University degree preferred

- Minimum of 5 to 8 years experience of SAP HCM SuccessFactors Employee Central ( EC)Core Experiences and knowledge in integration with other 3rd Party tools.

- Minimum 1 End-to-end implementation experience in SF Employee Central

- Understanding of business processes related to Core HR

- Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus
