The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing transparent, quality code to develop the best software. You will test your code, identify errors, and iterate to ensure quality code. You will also support our customers and partners by troubleshooting any of their software issues.

Title: SAP Signavio Process Intelligence & Analysis

Location: India

Duration: 12+months(Contract)

Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and manage SAP Signavio Process Insights and Intelligence tools to analyze end-to-end business processes.
- Perform foundational configurations in Signavio Process Insights and Signavio Process Intelligence including ETL setup and execution.
- Conduct process mining using event logs from ERP and other enterprise systems to identify deviations, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Define data models for transformation and generation of event logs
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to define KPIs and performance metrics for process monitoring.
- Write technical specifications for transformation of transactional data to generate event logs
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights and support decision-making.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend actionable improvements based on data findings.
- Support process modeling and simulation to evaluate potential changes and their impact.
- Ensure data quality and integrity in process mining activities.




- Stay updated on best practices and innovations in process intelligence and analytics.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in process mining, business analytics, or process improvement, preferably with SAP Signavio.
- Strong understanding of process mining concepts, event logs, and data transformation.
- Familiarity with Case base and Object based data pipelines
- Experience with SAP ERP systems, especially in extracting and analyzing process data.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Signavio dashboards, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Have good business process knowledge on at least one end to end process like PTP, OTC etc. and high level overview on other processes

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP Signavio Certification on Process Data Analyst
- SAP Signavio certification on Business Transformation Consultant.
- Working knowledge on one of more modules of SAP ERP systems
- Experience with Signavio, Celonis, ARIS, or other process mining platforms.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
- Working knowledge of SAP Signavio SIGNAL code
