About The Client:

A global professional services network and part of the Big Four, along with Client, EY, and KPMG, operating across 149 countries worldwide.

Essential Job Functions:

- Incident & Ticket Management: Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2/3 incidents, investigate root causes, and collaborate with offshore/global teams to meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

- System Configuration: Perform hands-on configuration for sales orders, pricing procedures, shipping points, delivery, and billing.

- Business Process Support: Collaborate with end users to understand pain points, translate business requirements into functional specifications for ABAP developers, and execute system enhancements.

- Testing & Validation: Create test scripts, perform unit and integration testing, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Cross-Module Integration: Maintain and monitor integration points between SAP SD and other SAP modules, including Materials Management (MM), Logistics Execution (LE), and Financial Accounting/Controlling (FICO).

- Documentation & Training: Update configuration documentation, prepare functional specifications, and develop or maintain end-user training materials.
