Job Title: SAP SD Order to Cash (O2C) Consultant

We are looking for experienced SAP SD Consultants with strong hands-on expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in SAP SD implementation/support and be comfortable working across the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work on end-to-end SAP SD Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Handle Inquiry Quotation Sales Order Delivery PGI Billing Accounting processes.
- Configure and support Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Shipping and Billing.
- Strong knowledge of pricing procedures, condition types, access sequences and output determination.
- Work on ATP/availability check, schedule lines, item categories and copy controls.
- Handle billing, credit/debit memos, cancellations and invoice-related issues.
- Work with customer/material master data and partner determination.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional solutions.
- Work closely with FI, MM,



PP and other cross-functional teams for integration requirements.
- Participate in requirement gathering, functional specifications, testing, UAT and deployment.
- Support incident management, root-cause analysis and continuous process improvements.

Mandatory Skills:

- 510 years of relevant SAP SD experience.
- Strong hands-on Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience.
- Valuable knowledge of Sales, Pricing, Shipping, Delivery and Billing.
- Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of SD-FI integration.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

- S/4HANA implementation/support experience.
- Experience in integration with MM, FI and PP.
- Exposure to SAP Fiori/S/4HANA processes.
- Implementation, rollout or AMS experience.
