Qualifications

- Experience: 8 to 10 yrs.

Must-Have*:

- Standard SD functionality and configuration § Smart forms / scripts – experience in giving functional requirements.

- Experience in ALE, EDI, Smart forms - MUST

- Special business processes in SD § Able to troubleshoot issues

- Experience in Custom developments § Preparing design documents

- Experience in enhancements/ projects

Good-to-Have :·

- Have experience in Hi-tech industry business processes and customer service.

- Have Hands on experience with the integration with data service providers for denied party and classifications.

- Batch management serial number management experience.
