We are looking for a strong SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant with 1215 years of experience and deep functional expertise in SAP Finance & Controlling. The candidate must have hands-on experience in 2–3 full-cycle S/4HANA Greenfield implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead/support SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations across blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions.

- Configure and support GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CCA, PCA, Product Costing, Margin Analysis and Treasury.

- Handle financial processes including month-end/year-end closing and financial reporting.

- Work with cross-functional teams for integration with other SAP modules.

- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents and testing documentation.





- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing SAP FICO support.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 12–15 years of SAP FICO experience.

- 2–3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations – Mandatory.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling.

- Robust understanding of end-to-end Finance and Controlling processes.

- Experience in business requirement gathering, configuration, testing and deployment.

- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred

- Experience working on complex/global SAP S/4HANA implementations.

- Strong integration knowledge with other SAP modules.
