Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company products or services
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
- Generate and follow up on sales leads to achieve monthly targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details
- Convince customers and close sales over the phone
- Address customer objections and provide suitable solutions
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and reporting
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English; local language preferred)
- Robust persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work with sales targets and pressure
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
- Prior tele sales or call center experience is an advanta

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
