We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter who has hands-on experience in both Bench Salesand Recruitment for the US market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment (sourcing to placement)
- Work on Bench Sales and market consultants to Tier-1 vendors/clients
- Maintain robust relationships with vendors and consultants
- Submit profiles to clients and follow up for interview feedback
- Negotiate pay rates and close deals successfully

Required Skills:
- Experience in both Bench Sales and US IT Recruitment
- Strong understanding of US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Good knowledge of US job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in Night Shifts (US EST/CST/PST time zones)
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Must be comfortable working in US time zones
