Role Description This is a full-time, in office Retail Luxury Store Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory control, and cash management. The role involves leading and coaching the sales team, setting performance targets, scheduling staff, and ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards. The Store Manager will provide exceptional customer service,



handle high-value transactions, manage client relationships, and resolve escalated inquiries or concerns. In addition, the role includes monitoring sales performance, preparing reports, coordinating promotions or events, and working closely with senior management to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
