Role Description This is a part time, remote SaaS-focused role supporting WCA GLOBAL™ in delivering technology-enabled quality and compliance solutions to clients. On a day-to-day basis, the role involves configuring and maintaining SaaS platforms used for ISO quality system management, assisting clients with onboarding and training, and responding to user inquiries and support tickets.



The role includes collaborating with consulting and compliance teams to translate business and regulatory requirements into clear SaaS workflows, dashboards, and reports. The individual will help document processes, update knowledge bases, and gather feedback to improve usability and performance. Regular responsibilities may also include basic data analysis, monitoring system performance, and coordinating with technical teams when issues or enhancements are identified.
Qualifications

Experience working with SaaS platforms, including user configuration, basic administration, and client support.
Understanding of quality management principles, ISO standards, or compliance frameworks (experience with SMEs is an advantage).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into system requirements and workflows.
