Arpan Seva Sansthan is looking for an experienced and versatile professional to lead and coordinate CSR, Finance, Audit & Compliance functions.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience working closely with corporate CSR teams, NGOs, auditors, donors and financial stakeholders, with the ability to independently handle financial, audit, compliance and CSR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate CSR-funded projects in close coordination with corporate CSR teams and project teams.
- Act as a key point of contact between the NGO, corporate CSR teams, auditors, donors and management.
- Handle CSR financial planning, project budgets, fund utilization, expenditure tracking and financial reporting.
- Independently coordinate and respond to CSR audits, statutory audits, donor audits and financial due diligence.
- Confidently handle audit queries,



provide appropriate explanations and arrange required records and supporting documents.
- Ensure proper maintenance and review of vouchers, bills, ledgers, bank records, utilization statements, project-wise expenses and financial documentation.
- Prepare and review MIS, budgets, utilization reports, financial statements and project-wise financial reports.
- Ensure timely completion of CSR documentation, reports, utilization certificates and compliance records.
- Support preparation and review of CSR proposals, budgets, MoUs, agreements, donor reports and corporate presentations.
- Coordinate with Finance, Projects, HR and Administration teams for smooth organizational operations.
- Monitor CSR, financial, statutory and NGO-related compliance requirements.
