Role Description The Tele Caller – Night Shift – US Process – Immediate Joining role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajarhat. The role involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to and from clients and prospects in the US market, following standardized scripts and guidelines. The Tele Caller will explain services clearly, respond to queries,



collect and verify information, and maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s systems. Daily responsibilities include meeting call and conversion targets, coordinating with internal teams for follow-ups, and escalating complex issues when necessary. The role also requires adherence to quality standards, maintaining professionalism during all interactions, and working night shifts aligned with US business hours.
Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English, including explicit speaking, active listening, and professional telephone etiquette.
Ability to handle high call volumes, manage time effectively, and work comfortably in a night-shift environment.
Basic computer literacy, including experience with CRM or call management software, and accurate data entry skills.
Customer service mindset with patience, resilience, and the ability to manage objections and resolve queries.
