Role Description This is a full-time, in office Purchase Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Purchase Executive will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including reviewing purchase requisitions,



preparing and processing purchase orders, and coordinating procurement of engineering utilities, materials, and services. The role involves identifying and evaluating suppliers, obtaining quotations, negotiating prices and terms, and ensuring timely delivery in line with project schedules and safety standards. The Purchase Executive will maintain accurate purchase records, track inventory levels related to projects, and collaborate closely with project, engineering, and finance teams to align purchasing decisions with budget and quality requirements. The role also includes monitoring vendor performance, supporting audits and compliance, and contributing to process improvements in purchase and procurement operations.
