Role Description The Intern Customer Support role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The intern will respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and social media, providing timely and accurate information about Fitspire’s products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving customer issues, tracking queries, escalating complex cases when needed, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The intern will document interactions,



support order-related processes, gather customer feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience. This role also involves learning and applying basic support tools, maintaining explicit communication, and representing the brand in a professional and empathetic manner.
