About the Role
To support the implementation of packaging innovation projects from concept through commercialization, including packaging-change assessment, trials, commissioning,



and operational handover. The role ensures packaging innovations are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with GMP, Quality, EHS, and engineering requirements while maintaining packaging-line performance. It also drives the evaluation and implementation of innovative packaging technologies and sustainable solutions across tubes, caps, shippers, and other packaging formats to support business growth, operational excellence, and sustainability objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Packaging Innovation Project Execution
Support packaging innovation projects from concept to commercialization.
Coordinate trials, commissioning, start-up, and implementation activities.
Work with R&D;, Packaging Development, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and suppliers to deliver projects on time.
Review equipment layouts, installation requirements, and project risks using AutoCAD or similar tools.
