Qualifications & Education
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Experience & Background
Required: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in structural BIM modeling (Revit Structure).
Preferred: Prior experience working on US-based structural engineering/construction projects (awareness of basic US codes and drawing standards).
Preferred: Understanding of light gauge steel framing, structural steel design, or steel detailing. (Optional)
Software Proficiency
Required: Autodesk Revit (Structure), Autodesk AutoCAD
Preferred: Bluebeam Revu (Optional)
Key Responsibilities & Soft Skills
Create accurate 3D structural Revit models, detailed drawings, and documentation from structural designs/sketches.
Proficient written English communication for cross-team and project collaboration.
Solid team player with a solid interest in BIM workflow and structural modeling best practices.
