Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our mobile and web performance advertising business in the US market.

The role will focus on identifying and onboarding direct advertisers and agencies offering campaigns across CPI, CPA, CPT, CPL, and CPQL buying models. The ideal candidate should have solid industry relationships, experience with MMP-tracked mobile campaigns and web-based lead-generation campaigns, and a proven ability to generate sustainable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard direct advertisers, brands, and performance marketing agencies across the US market.
Build a strong pipeline of mobile and web campaigns across CPI, CPA, CPT, CPL, and CPQL buying models.
Acquire direct MMP-tracked mobile campaigns using AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, Kochava, Branch, and other attribution platforms.




Onboard web-based lead-generation campaigns, including form submissions, qualified leads, calls, registrations, and customer acquisitions.
Develop opportunities across Fintech, Finance, Insurance, Casino, Sports Betting, VPN, Travel, Utilities, Home Services, and other scalable categories.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, commercial negotiations, contracting, onboarding, and campaign launch.
Understand advertiser KPIs such as installs, registrations, deposits, subscriptions, transactions, approved leads, qualified leads, conversion rates, retention, and ROAS.
Negotiate campaign payouts, budgets, payment terms, validation criteria, lead rejection policies, chargeback conditions, and reporting requirements.
Work closely with the account management and supply teams to ensure traffic quality, compliance, campaign scalability, and achievement of advertiser KPIs.
