JOB SUMMARY
Jabil is seeking a TPM for Test fixture development who will directly contribute to the transformative growth in our Intelligent Infrastructure division by applying unique and innovative approaches to solving problems within our large-scale production setting. The TPM for Test fixture development plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of hardware products, contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing process and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for contributing to the end-to-end architecture,



definition, development and production deployment of production Test fixtures in our manufacturing regions. You will also be responsible for interfacing with our customers, fixture vendors and internal teams from engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure fixture deliverables meet the rigorous standards of Jabil’s world-class manufacturing environments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional mechanical design programs from concept through production deployment, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, business objectives, quality standards, cost targets, and schedule commitments.
Serve as the primary technical program interface between customers, engineering teams, manufacturing operations, quality organizations, suppliers, and fixture vendors throughout the product lifecycle.
