Operating at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer delivery, you will own projects from discovery and prototyping through production deployment. You will work with APIs, integrations, data flows, distributed systems, and AI agents while making pragmatic technical decisions. After launch, you will use real-world data and business outcomes to measure performance and continuously improve solutions. Accountabilities:




Embed directly with customers to understand their workflows, operational constraints, technical environments, and measures of success.
Translate loosely defined business and operational challenges into clear technical plans, architectures, prototypes, and production-ready systems.
Design and build AI agents that integrate with customer tools, data sources, APIs, and business processes.
Own deployments end to end, from initial prototype and testing through production launch, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Work with real-world customer data to validate solutions, evaluate performance, measure business outcomes, and iterate based on evidence.
Make pragmatic engineering tradeoffs across architecture, reliability, development speed, maintainability, and user experience.
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to improve the underlying platform based on insights gained throug
