Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Researcher role based in Pardi. The Researcher will support the development and optimization of processes for recovering and refining carbon fiber from composite waste. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and conducting experiments,



collecting and analyzing data, and documenting findings in clear technical reports and presentations. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, production, and quality teams to translate research outcomes into scalable, repeatable processes. The Researcher will also stay current with relevant scientific literature, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support pilot trials and technology validation activities.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in materials science, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field, with familiarity in composites, polymers, or carbon fiber.
Experience with laboratory experimentation, process development, and data analysis, using tools such as statistical methods and basic modeling or simulation.
