Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Jalandhar. The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and preparing vouchers and journal entries.



The role involves preparing and reviewing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with monthly and annual financial closing. The Accountant will support budgeting, cost tracking for manufacturing operations, and prepare periodic financial reports for management. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating with auditors, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date financial documentation.
Qualifications
Ability to manage core accounting activities, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial statements.
Solid skills in accounts payable and receivable management, bank reconciliation, and cash flow tracking.
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems, or similar), MS Excel, and basic data analysis.
