About the Role
The Procurement Manager, CMO APAC, is part of the Global Procurement organization and will be responsible for managing CMOs for South Asia OU.



This critical role requires proven experience in people leadership, business partnership, developing robust external relationships, navigation through organizational complexity, handling escalation and associated business impact.
Responsible for managing Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) for supply of our marketed products and future innovations.
Accountable for creating and implementing Procurement strategies and initiatives which improve quality and service/ supply risk and deliver significant cost savings to the business unit
Build relationships with CMO operations team, regional & global direct procurement teams to drive synergies and support delivery of cost management targets.
Collaborate with CMOs to deliver ambitions of cost, service, quality, lead time, working capital and innovation through robust supplier performance management programs.
