Role Summary
The Specialist will support the end-to-end management of outside counsel and related legal operations activities for the legal department. Reporting to the Operations Manager,



this junior-level role is responsible for executing Outside Counsel Management processes, supporting vendor lifecycle management, and providing operational and administrative support to the legal team
Please note: This is a fixed-term contract position for a period of 12 months (1 year).
Key responsibilities
Support onboarding and offboarding of external counsel, ensuring compliance with internal processes and standards.
Assist in managing law firm performance, including maintaining scorecards, collecting feedback, and coordinating training delivery
Support the administration of outside counsel guidelines, engagement terms, and panel management processes
Facilitate the RFP/competitive bidding process for new matters as required
Manage matter intake, triage, and maintain records within legal technology platforms (e.g., e-billing, matter management)
