Role Overview: IT Analyst Reports to the CEO & Senior Security Manager; Oversee IT operations, infrastructure and security.

Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain and upgrade in3 software, portals and hardware infrastructure
2. Develop current tools including AI applications, and conduct training
3. Manage user accounts, licenses and backups
4. Oversee hosting servers, monitoring and vulnerability testing
5. Support employee onboarding/Offboarding, with IT access
6. Troubleshoot networks, systems and AV equipment's
7. Act as data consultant for operations when required

Security Duties
1. Safeguard online resources, client data and assets
2. Conduct audits, data archiving and secure destruction procedures
3. Support ISO audits and ISMS maintenance
